Social Postings

The main feature of SNAP, this service allows your customers to automatically post messages to friends and followers when their loyalty or gift card is used. Businesses can configure SNAP to reward customers with bonus points when messages are sent to social networks like Facebook and Twitter. Customers can pre-select different creative message options configured for the brand.

 


 

Check-ins

Location-based "check-ins" at retail locations are growing in popularity through mobile applications such as foursquare. SNAP can automatically generate a check-in for a customer when a gift or loyalty transaction occurs. For customers, this turns an active check-in on their mobile device into a passive check-in through the loyalty or gift card swipe at the point-of-sale. Customers can pre-select different creative "shout" message options configured for the brand. Currently, SNAP offers check-in integration with Facebook Places and foursquare.

 


 

Awards

Awards campaigns within SNAP allow businesses to recognize customers for specific purchase behavior related to the brand. Businesses can create their own awards such as badges, trophies, stamp and kudos to be unlocked by customers at certain point or visit level. Customers can collect awards over time and can enable automatic sharing of awards messages to friends and followers within their favorite social networks. Campaigns can also be configured to issue bonus loyalty points to customers when an award is earned.

 


 

Leaderboards

The SNAP leaderboard feature allows customers to compete against each other for most points and visits at a certain business location. Displayed within the brands SNAP customer interface, customers can view their standing in relation to friends and other customers. Through the SNAP API, certain leaderboard information can also be extracted to be displayed within a retail location. Within the SNAP interface, brands also have visibility to Leaderboard stats which display point rankings by location.

 


 

Reports

The corporate portal interface contains comprehensive reports that will help in determining the effectiveness of loyalty campaigns, monitor social network post stats and track user activity by location.
